Edwin Robert Wood of Warwick, NY, a retired Industrial Engineer for UPS, died suddenly on February 8, 2017. He was 58.
The son of the late Edwin E. Wood & Roberta Brown Wood, he was born April 8, 1958 in Battle Creek, MI.
Survivors include his wife Tara Giglio Wood of Warwick; children Shanna & Edwin of Warwick; 3 brothers, Robert Wood of Fishkill, NY; James Wood & wife Eileen of Northfield, OH; Scott Wood & wife Ursula of Lagrangeville, NY; sister, Celine Wood of Pawling, NY; brother & sister-in-law, Joseph Giglio & wife Cynthia of Santa Anna, CA & Dennis Giglio & wife Karen of Hyde Park, NY; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Monday, February 13th from 2-4 & 7-9PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
Funeral mass will be held 10AM Tuesday February 14th at St. Stephen Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY 10990.
Cremation will follow privately.
Memorial contributions may be made to Warwick Valley Humane Society, PO Box 61, Warwick, NY 10990.
