Carol Bierstine of Surprise, AZ, formerly of Pine Island, NY, entered into rest on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 in Phoenix, AZ. She was 62.
The daughter of the late Stanley Bierstine & Stella Waskiewicz Bierstine, she was born on February 14, 1955 in Warwick, NY.
She is survived by her cousin and caregiver, Kelly Pikul; 2 aunts, Theresa Jankowski & Marion Zangrillo, and various cousins.
She was predeceased by her brother Peter "Pine Island Pete" Bierstine.
As per her wishes, cremation was held privately.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, June 2nd at St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Pine Island, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to Pine Island Volunteer Ambulance Corps, PO Box 264, Pine Island, NY 10969.
