Obituary of Joanna Weslowski Hayes

Joanna Weslowski Hayes of Warwick, NY, entered into rest on Thursday, January 4, 2018.  She was 78.

The daughter of the late Albert Weslowski & Jennie Pawlicak Weslowski Fisher, she was born on November 2, 1939 in Goshen, NY.

She is survived by her husband 55 years, Thomas Hayes at home; sister, Rosalie Myruski of Goshen, NY; brother Daniel Weslowski & wife Dolores of Warwick; sister, Frances Hellings & husband William of Cuddebackville; she is further survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 11th from 9-10:30AM at T. S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

A funeral mass will be held 11AM Thursday, January 11th at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.

The family expresses deep appreciation to the many people who helped her throughout her illness.
