Obituary of Ann McSherry

Ann McSherry of West Milford, NJ formerly of Manhattan, NY entered into rest on Friday May 19, 2023.  She was 92.

The daughter of the late James and Laurette Duffy McSherry, she was born on May 24, 1930 in New York, NY.

She was a retired executive assistant for Merrill Lynch NY, NY.

She is survived by her nephew Nicholas Zis & wife Cheryl; nephew Christopher Zis; nephew Thomas Zis & wife Ann Marie; niece Jennifer McSherry; nephew Jack McSherry; great niece Kimberly Cretaro & husband Jordan; great nephew Andrew Zis & wife Brittany; great niece Rebecca Zis - Jackson & husband Brett; great nieces Gwenyth Haesche and Grace Haesche; as well as several great nieces & nephews.

She was predeceased by her sister Alice Zis, brother James McSherry and brother in law Nicholas Zis.

Ann’s family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff @ Chelsea at Bald Eagle and to her friends at Columbus Park Towers especially her dear friend Joan Blake.

A funeral mass will be held 12:30 PM on Saturday May 27, 2023 at St. Joseph Church 20 Glenmere Ave., Florida, NY 10921.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to a charity of one’s choice.
