Obituary of John F. Mikulski

  John F. Mikulski of Warwick, NY entered into rest on Tuesday August 22, 2023.  He was 83 years old.

The son of the late John and Josephine Sztendor Mikulski he was born on December 5, 1939.

John was a proud shuffleboard champion at Venice Ranch, Fl.

He also very much enjoyed playing Sequence with his friends in Florida.

John was a member of the Kiwanis, he coached Little League for his boys.

He was an excellent carpenter he was a member of  Teamsters Local 810 and he improved many homes in Warwick and the surrounding area.

He took great pride in his family, his home and his gardens.  

He is survived by his wife Phyllis Gardner Mikulski; son Robert Mikulski; son Richard Mikulski and wife Tina; daughter Sharyl Holodinski and husband Michael; grandchildren Richard & Nicholas Mikulski, and Sarah & Jessica Decker; sister Stella Sanok; sister Catherine Sircable; step sister Kathleen Moore and husband James; many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by brothers Walter and James Mikulski, and sister Mary Wesolowski.

Visitation will be held on Monday August 28, 2023 from 4-7 PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home 690 County Rt. 1, Pine Island, NY.

Burial will be held privately.
