Eileen Traskus of Florida, NY, entered into rest on Monday, November 2, 2015. She was 68.
The daughter of the late, Robert House & Helen Durma House, she was born on March 3, 1947 in Goshen, NY.
She was a member of St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY and a former member of St. Joseph Church Choir.
She is survived by her 3 daughters; Michelle Traskus of West New York, NJ ; Lynne Traskus of Brighton, MA; Regina McKeon & husband Matthew of Florida, NY; Granddaughter, Emma McKeon and Grandson, Thomas McKeon; sister, Jane Dodd of Middletown, NY along with a niece and several nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband Thomas Traskus and her brother, Robert House.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th from 2-4 & 7-9PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
A funeral mass will be held 10AM Friday, November 6th at St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905 or to Warwick Valley Humane Society, PO Box 61, Warwick, NY 10990.
