Shirley Ann Holt of Warwick, NY, a retired head chef for the Warwick Valley Central School District, entered into rest on January 3, 2016. She was 69.
The daughter of Clara Jones Lavinski and the late Harrison Decker, she was born on September 21, 1946 in Warwick, NY.
She was a past captain of Engine #3 Ladies Auxiliary of the Warwick Fire Department.
She is survived by her mother, Clara Lavinski; daughter, Stacey Holt; son, Ernest Holt and fiancé, Melissa; grandson, Devon Jones; granddaughter, Michkela Jones.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 6th from 2-4 & 7-9pm at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
A funeral service will be held 10AM Thursday, January 7th at the funeral home. The Reverend Kenneth Susskraut will officiate.
Burial will be in the Florida Cemetery, Florida, NY.
