Bernice M. Andryshak of Middletown, NY, a retired Medical Secretary, entered into rest on Monday, January 18, 2016. She was 80.
The daughter of the late Thomas & Bertha Volock, she was born on August 11, 1935 in Florida, NY.
She is survived by her daughter, Marlene Andryshak of Middletown, NY; daughter, Susan Easton of Westtown, NY; daughter, Barbara Salamon & husband Edward II of Mount Laurel, NJ; son, Joseph Andryshak Jr. & wife Kim of Middletown, NY; 11 Grandchildren; 2 sisters, Veronica Nisbet & Agnes Clum; and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph B. Andryshak Sr.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 21st from 2-4 & 7-9PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
A funeral mass will be held 10AM Friday, January 22nd at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Church Restoration Fund, 14 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921 or to your local humane society.
