Kathleen Avalon House of Goshen, NY entered into rest on Friday June 10, 2011 with her family by her side, she was 78. The daughter of the late Albert H. and Mildred E. Frey she was born October 24, 1932 in Goshen, NY. She was the previous developer and owner of the Campbell Plaza, Middletown, NY. She is survived by her 3 Daughters – Linda House & Cheryl James of Florida, Cindy Lucas & husband Alan of Pueblo, Colorado, Picky Nozkowski & husband John of Chester, daughter in law Julie House of Florida, NY 9 Grandchildren – Alan Lucas, Jackie Lucas Seybold, Brian Lucas, Campbell House III, Christin House, Michael April, Melissa, Michelle & Nichole Nozkowski; 4 Great Grandchildren; Brother Albert K. Frey and wife Gail of Goshen, NY; and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by her husband Campbell S. House, her son Campbell S. House II, sisters Elizabeth Frey Davis, and Eleanor Frey Dowd. There will be no visitation. Funeral Mass will be held 10 AM on Tuesday June 14, 2011 at St. Josephs Church 20 Glenmere Ave. Florida, NY 10921. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Josephs Church Restoration Fund 14 Glenmere Ave. Florida, NY 10921.
