Henrietta J. Bogdanski of New York, NY formerly of Pine Island, NY entered into rest on Monday August 22, 2011in Dewitt Rehabilitation Center, New York, NY. She was 90. The daughter of the late Ignatius and Josephine Kryzkowski Bogdanski she was born on March 6, 1921 in Warwick, NY. She was a member of St. Jean Baptiste Church. Henrietta was a graduate of Wilfred Academy, NYC, and was a retired hairdresser. She is survived by her Brother Henry Bogdanski of Austin, TX; and several nieces and nephews. Henrietta was pre-deceased by 4 brothers Peter, Paul, Julian, Lucian, and by 3 sisters Cora Bogdanski , Frances Mudrick, and Mary Kingston. Visitation will be held on Saturday August 27 from 9AM to 10:45AM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home 690 Co. Rt. 1 Pine Island, NY. Funeral Mass will be held 11 AM on Saturday at St. Stanislaus RC Church Pine Island, NY. Burial will be in St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Pine Island. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Stanislaus Church Restoration 14 Glenmere Ave. Florida, NY or St. Jean Baptiste Church Lexington Ave. @ 76th St. NY, NY.
