Frances Pawelek of Florida, NY, entered into rest on Thursday, September 20, 2012 at home. She was 85. The daughter of the late Jacob Grzyb & Blanche Kosior Grzyb, she was born on March 19, 1927 in Florida, NY. She was a member of St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY. Survivors include her husband, Edmund Pawelek at home, Florida, NY; Brother, Raymond Grzyb & his wife Clara of Florida, NY; Sister, Theresa Noha & husband Harry of Millsboro, DE; Sisters in law, Anastasia Swiatkowski & her husband Edward of Riverhead, Long Island and Ann Pawelek of Warwick; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by a brother Edward Grzyb. Visitation will be held on Sunday September 23, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm at T.S. Purta F.H., 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921. Funeral mass will be held 10 AM on Monday September 24, 2012 at St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY. Rev. Joseph Tokarczyk will officiate. Burial will be St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
