Viola Legiadre of Warwick, NY entered into rest on Monday September 22, 2014, she was 83.
The daughter of Salvatore and Venera Visalli Barbieri she was born on March 13, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY.
Viola was married to the late Rocco Legiadre who predeceased her in 2012.
She is survived by her daughter Lisa Zukowski and husband John of Warwick; 2 sons Christopher Legiadre and wife Deborah of Bluffton, SC; Thomas Legiadre and wife Catherine of Kennesaw, GA; 4 grandchildren Jennifer, Ashley, Christopher and wife Lynn, and Jonathan; Great-granddaughter Londyn; 2 Sisters Loretta Cottage; Marie Siegel; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday September 25, 2014 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home 22 Glenmere Ave. Florida, NY 10921.
A funeral mass will be held 10 am on Friday September 26, 2014 at St. Stephens Church, 75 Sanfordville Rd., Warwick, NY 10990.
