John "Jack" Snyder of Florida, NY, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 at ORMC, Middletown, NY. He was 75.
The son of the late George Snyder & Caroline Gerkont Snyder, he was born on December 4, 1937 in East Orange, NJ.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Eleanor Snyder; 2 daughters, Cathy Snyder Lascola, Tina Levit & husband David; son, John Snyder; Grandchildren, Brett White, Sydney Skinner, Mackenzie Skinner, Isabel Levit and Sophie Levit; Sister, Carol Adamo and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 29th from 1-4:30PM at the T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
Funeral services will be held 4:30PM on Thursday, August 29th at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, NJ.
