Walter E. Dearing Sr., 85 of Carmel, NY, entered into rest on Friday, September 06, 2013 at home.
The son of the late Walter & Margaret Malloy Dearing, he was born on May 22, 1928 in Queens, NY.
Survivors include his son, Walter E. Dearing Jr. & wife Barbara of Warwick, NY; Grandson, Walter E. Dearing III & wife Emily; Granddaughter, Victoria M. Dearing and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Veronica Dearing and 1 brother & 1 sister.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 9th from 3-5 & 7-9PM at the T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
Funeral Mass will be held 10:00AM Tuesday, September 10th at St. Stephen's Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick, NY 10990.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice.
