Obituary of Janice Zovistoski

Janice Zovistoski passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 15, 2018 with her family by her side.

The daughter of the late Frank and Loretta Pawliczek Zovistoski she was born on October 21, 1954 in Warwick.

Survivors include her sister Sheryl Dimke and husband Gary.  Aunts, Florence Osczepinski,

Jean Pawliczek, Tessie Zovistoski and Irene Zovistoski; Uncle, Walter Zovistoski as well as many cousins.

Janice is also survived by her extended family and friends from the Pine Island and Warwick IRA’s where she resided for many years.  We would like to thank the staff both current and former from both homes for taking such excellent care of her.

Thank you to all the staff at Orange AHRC in Middletown. She loved her teacher “Mary Ann“.

Lastly, thank you to the ICU nurses and doctors at St. Anthony Hospital for your compassion and kindness during this very difficult time.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 18th from 3-7pm at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

Funeral mass will be 10:00AM Monday, February 19th at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

Burial will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
