Obituary of Anastasia Shanajda

Anastasia Shanajda of Belle Mead, NJ, entered into rest on Tuesday, February 27, 2018.  She was 88.

The daughter of the late Dmytro Diaczun & Mary Tolopko Diaczun, she was born on February 7, 1930 in New York City.

She is survived by her daughter, Connie Kibalo & husband Jeffery of Belle Mead, NJ; grandson, Michael Kibalo of Belle Mead, NJ.

She was predeceased by her husband Peter Shanajda.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 2nd from 7-9PM and Saturday, March 3rd from 9-10AM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

A funeral mass will be held 10:30AM on Saturday, March 3rd at St. Andrew Ukrainian Catholic Church, 141 Sarah Wells Trail, Campbell Hall, NY 10916.

Burial will be in Holy Spirit Ukrainian Cemetery, Campbell Hall, NY.
