Frank Marth of Florida, NY a retired technician for CBS, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 7, 2018. He was 91.

 

The son of the late Ernest Marth & Marie Deutsch, he was born on November 22, 1926 in Coplay, PA.

 

He was a WWII Navy Veteran and an active member of the Nicholas P. Lesando American Legion Post 214, Warwick, NY.

 

Survivors include his wife, Virginia Rauh Marth; daughter, Susan Gaynor & husband Leonard Tirelli; son, Christopher Marth; son, Stephen Marth & wife Sonya; 4 grandchildren, Maryssa Gaynor, Christopher Marth, Stephanie Marth & Jennifer Stein; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Theresa Dominick; and several nieces and nephews.

 

He was predeceased by sister, Mary Wolfer.

 

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 13th from 4-8PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921. American Legion services will be held 4:15PM at the funeral home.

 

Funeral mass will be held 10AM Wednesday, March 14th at St. Joseph Church, 20 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.

 

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.

 

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517.
