Jason P. Pawliczak of Florida, NY, entered into rest on Friday, February 27, 2015. He was 41.
The son of Mary Ann Pason & the late Vincent Pawliczak, he was born on March 3, 1973.
Survivors include his companion, A.J.; mother, Mary Ann Pason & step father Michael; brother, Gary Pawliczak & wife Sabrina; nephew Vincent Pawliczak; daughter, Trisha; Godfather, Robert Pason; Godmother, Susan Sandra; his loving cat BB. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6th from 10AM – 1PM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 Co. Rt#1, Pine Island, NY 10969.
Funeral services will be held 1PM Friday, March 6th at the funeral home. The Reverend Michael Barry will officiate.
Cremation will be held privately.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Warwick Valley Humane Society, PO Box 61, Warwick, NY 10990 in Jason's memory.
