Obituary of Michael John Rahm
Michael John Rahm of Florida, NY, Head of Grounds for the Monroe-Woodbury School District, died suddenly on Tuesday, July 28, 2020. He was 58.
The son of Charles Rahm & the late Virginia Manus, he was born on March 27, 1962.
He was a member of St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY.
He is survived by his loving wife, Helen Stankiewicz Rahm; 2 sons, Michael John Rahm Jr. & Christopher James Rahm; father, Charles Rahm & companion Susan; brother, Robert Rahm; sisters and brothers-in-law; Kathy Alford & husband Jeff; Maryann Benedict & husband Joel; Thaddeus Stankiewicz Jr.; Paul Stankiewicz & wife Kathleen; father-in-law, Thaddeus Stankiewicz; Aunts and Uncles; Darlene Arancio & husband Richard and Linda Manus & companion Richard; cousin, Craig Arancio; he is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews; a great niece and a great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 31st from 3-7pm at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 22 Glenmere Avenue, Florida, NY 10921.
A funeral mass will be held 10AM Saturday, August 1st at St. Joseph Church, Florida, NY.
Burial will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery, Florida, NY.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions and guidelines set forth from the state face coverings are required and the number of visitors allowed in the funeral home and the church is limited so we ask that those that may have to wait to enter please follow social distancing guidelines.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
