Obituary of Mildred Kulak
Mildred Kulak of Milford, PA, a retired dietary aide for Orange Farms, Goshen, NY, entered into rest on Saturday, January 16, 2021. She was 93.
The daughter of the late John Leinweber & Sophie Paffenroth Leinweber, she was born on July 8, 1927 in Goshen, NY.
She was a lifelong member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Little York; and was an active member to the lady’s aide.
She is survived by her three children; Sharon Alsdorf & husband Harvey; Debbie Romer & husband Billy; Gary Kulak & wife Melissa; son-in-law, Richard Czubak; 10 grandchildren, Zachary & Dylan Czubak; Justin, Sara & Ryan Alsdorf; Kris, Katrina & Trevis Romer; Charlotte & Tara Kulak; 2 sisters, Lilian Eurich & Ruth Ann Higgins & husband Andrew; along with numerous, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband John Kulak; son, John Kulak Jr.; daughter, Linda Czubak and 3 brothers, Al, James & Richard Leinweber.
Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, January 23rd from 10-11:45AM at T.S. Purta Funeral Home, 690 County Route# 1, Pine Island, NY 10969.
Memorial service will be held 12noon Saturday, January 23rd at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, 70 Little York Road, Warwick, NY 10990. Reverend Christopher Grant will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery, Little York.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions and guidelines set forth from the state face coverings are required and the number of visitors allowed in the funeral home and the church are limited so we ask that those that may have to wait to enter please follow social distancing guidelines.
